Jemile Kelderman serves as the Director of Operations at the U.S. Russia Foundation since January 2022.
From 2018-2021 she served as a Program Associate and Assistant to the Director at the Woodrow Wilson Center’s Kennan Institute. She was responsible for the program’s financial management, staff and scheduling, and events management.
Prior to that, she was a Project Assistant at the Atlantic Council’s Eurasia Center where she handled programming on Ukraine, Russia, and the Caucasus.
She holds an MA from the George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs, with concentrations in security studies and Europe/Eurasia, and a BA in History and Political Science from St. Mary's College of Maryland.
